About us

who we are

Building Resilient Communities

Parindey is a social enterprise that focuses on building resilient communities through arts and culture, indigenous practices, peacebuilding, and mental health programs. We work to counter violent extremism and intolerance in the community by using arts and culture as tools for peacebuilding. Our work also advocates for mental health as a basic human right, promoting and encouraging the empowerment of those facing mental health challenges through an inclusive, innovative platform for engagement, effective support mechanisms, and quality service provision.

We believe that extremism, climate change, and the loss of culture are directly connected to mental health, and our work revolves around preserving and documenting indigenous practices related to communities and mental health.

"Our mission is to foster a culture where mental well-being is prioritized and gender equality is the norm."
